We are always in search of former Virginia junior shag dancers to add to our Va Jr Shaggers Hall of Fame.
If you know of a dancer that was a junior in Virginia who has turned 31 or will soon, we have a form you can fill out and submit to us for consideration for induction into the VA Junior Shaggers Hall of Fame. They must meet the criteria below for such consideration. Click on this link to access the form for submitting a nominee.
The criteria for a nominee is as follows:
1. Must be 31 years of age at the time of induction.
2. Must have been a resident of VA when dancing as a Junior.
3. Must have represented VA in Junior events such as JR SOS, National Shag Dance Championships, Grand National Dance Championships, or local exhibitions and contests.
